University Preparatory Academy (abbreviated to UPA) is a fully registered and accredited secondary school inspected by the Ontario Ministry of Education (BSID 888402). We employ the latest pedagogical methods and technological aids to provide students with superior educational opportunities. UPA is a vibrant academic and social community, boasting the highest North American Standards through a collaborative effort from teachers and students alike.
UPA provides grade 9 - 12 Ontario secondary school courses (including university preparatory courses) and ESL courses (English as the Secondary Language). Through the use of interactive teaching methods and small class sizes, we constantly inspire the creativity and imagination of the students.
The graduates of UPA have successfully entered many well-known universities and colleges both in Canada and the U.S. UPA has gained extensive recognition and high praise from the students, their parents and many well recognized universities including the University of Toronto, York University, Waterloo University, and the University of Western Ontario.
