Inviting six artists to collaborate with him, Fletcher's city-wide series of interventions cover a vast array of mediums from newspaper to handmade banners. Fletcher, an art professor at Portland State University, is also the 2005 recipient of the Alpert Award in Visual Arts. His work has been exhibited worldwide including the Berkeley Art Museum, the Signal in Malmo, Sweden, the Domain de Kerguehennec in France and The Royal College of Art in London, England.
