The place was great. The help was great. The only disappointment was that they took plates of food and hid it in their backroom. When I was doing a final check to make sure we didn't miss anything, I wanted to check the backroom where we had stored many items during the party. They tried to stop me and said they've already checked that room. I went in anyway just to make sure we didn't forget something and found the plates of food they were trying to hide. I didn't want the food. If I had known they wanted some food, I would have offerred to give them whatever they wanted. It just would have been nice if they had asked, instead of taking the food and then trying to hide it. Then I left with a bad feeling of the place.
I guess it really depends how much you know. If I didn't want to check the backroom, I would have never known about the food and would probably have less reservations about the place for a birthday party.

Wow! what an amazing place and more importantly amazing people. The staff were wonderful to me and my family. They really worked hard to design a custom party package for me that really fit a tight budget.
All the staff were curteous and helpful. They went way beyond expectations.
My in-laws came and were so impressed. They are a hard bunch to please so that means a lot.
The kids had an amazing time and didn't want to leave.
They did everything for me- totally hassle free. And the loot bags were incredible!
So absolutely impressed!

I recently had my daughter's party here and was blown away. The staff was so incredibly helpful- I didn't have to do anything!
I was really worried because I have been to a lot of really gross playgrounds and this one was bright an clean. An absolute pleasure.
I would not trust anywhere else to do my party. Would recommend it without hesitation
